HELLO EVERYONE
Hello and welcome to my new blog. This post will discuss my fifth week experience at Herald College in Kathmandu. In a recent blog post, I discussed how I gather material for my report writing by conducting research and making notes. Now, I’m going to briefly describe my experiences from the last week in my blog.
The opportunity to hear a guest lecture from a famous authority in the subject of cyber security was one of the highlights of the previous weeks. However, because of the World Cup game, this session was postponed till the next week, and the guest lecturer was unable to come to class. If they attend, I believe it will be an incredible chance for us to learn from someone with so much professional experience.
As the course moves to the next level, a number of tasks and portfolios have been handed to us this week. We had a really challenging assignment with difficult themes this past week. We completed the first coding challenge, which involved learning the basics of programming and solving problems. Because it was my first coding challenge and I was unfamiliar with the subject, I struggled much and gave myself little time to complete the task. I had to conduct online research and go through books to learn how to answer the problems in the coding challenge. Despite finishing my coding challenge successfully, I still need to practice more to do it flawlessly.Although I was able to follow the concept, the coding was difficult because of my poor time management and lack of experience.
Presentations were a group project for academic skills and team-based learning, and it was one of the most challenging and rewarding things I’ve ever done. My team and I had to work well together to connect and communicate in order to finish the presentation on time, which has been a wonderful learning experience. It has also been beneficial since I can tell that my presentation skills have improved.
Overall, my time at Kathmandu’s Herald College has been a fantastic learning experience. This last week has been full of learning and difficulties for me. I’ve got the chance to study under professionals in my area. I spent this week working on difficult homework and projects. I’m excited for the rest of the semester and all the fresh possibilities and experiences it will offer. I’m hoping that the approaching week at Kathmandu’s Herald College will be filled with fresh learning experiences.
THANK YOU For reading my new blog.
Stay tuned for upcoming blog.
